The Picasso Art Challenge is a highly tactile, collaborative exercise where teams are tasked with replicating a complex drawing or blueprint without anyone directly touching the pen. A single central marker is suspended by multiple long strings extending outward, with each team member holding the far end of one or two cords.
By pulling, slacking, and maintaining tension simultaneously, the group must manoeuvre the marker across a large sheet of paper on the floor or table. The exercise turns a simple task—drawing a recognizable shape or icon—into a delicate balance of physical coordination, clear verbal alignment, and real-time leadership adjustments.
