Why our training site at
Karjat ?
There are important parameters that we have followed before developing
this training site that is ideal for corporate offsites :
1. Distance
Location of the venue is away from the city, yet only 80 kms from
Mumbai. This saves valuable travel time which can be used to maximize our
services within the time frame. Few sites are as close to the city with a
complete privacy and natural beauty. No resorts or bungalows are around its
vicinity….at least, none at the moment.
2. Special Accommodations
We offer accommodation in luxury Swiss tents that have large layouts for
spacious feel, luxurious bathrooms with bathtubs, porch to relax,
air-conditioning and aesthetics to create a warm ambience.
We have tried to tackle the conflict of being close to nature but not at the
price of comfort. For those who live the 'brick wall' feel, we also have
cottages and a big bungalow.
3. Facilities
We
have a conference hall, swimming pool with view of the hills, rain dance
area, DJ music, steam bath, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, massage center, tree
house, organic farmlands and plenty of open lawn space.
4. Open Spaces
We have specially considered private areas to hold outdoor activities on
well manicured lawns that facilitate outdoor team activities.
5. Privacy
Many companies prefer privacy while engaging in activities in the
outdoors. We are discreetly located and not like a typical resort. This
means there isint any public viewing or disturbances created by other large
corporate groups. You can be assured of your own space with your teams.
6. Access to Adventure
The famous Kondana Caves trek is at an ideal trekking time (1hr) from
the property. The trek is of easy grade and also very picturesque. The caves
are a splendid sight carved into the mountain amidst dense greenery.
Waterfall Abseiling, Valley Crossing and Rock Climbing are easily accessed
from this location. This means your group can save plenty of time without
going too far from the property to engage in adventure activities.
7. Food
Ram Avtaar, our cook has been in kitchens of five star restaurants. He
knows how to keep you happy with the menu. Some of the vegetables are
organically grown within the property. Ram Avtaar means ‘God in human form’.
8. Happy Staff
Nothing could please a customer more than a happy face serving you with
a smile. The staff is trained to be flexible, gentle and courteous. Often,
they bend rules to keep customers happy and we silently know about it.
